We are two warm, super-sharp and deeply committed real estate brokers serving the Aspen, Snowmass, Basalt and Willits neighborhoods. We’re fueled by our love of the job, inspired by our breathtaking surroundings and backed by the esteemed Sotheby’s International Realty brand.

But, don’t be fooled by our cozy personas. As some (well, several) have said, we are bulldogs when it comes to negotiating and making things happen for our clients. Friendly bulldogs. A labra-bulldog? We’re cool with that.

National softball champ.

Tara is an accomplished broker who also happens to be a pure delight. Born in Taipei, Taiwan and raised by the ocean in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, Tara moved to Aspen 30 year ago and stated her real estate career shortly after that. With a background in marketing, a passion for home design, real estate was a natural move for Tara.

Sellers count on Tara to make their properties shine. Never afraid to roll up her sleeves, Tara’s listings are expertly staged, beautifully photographed and compellingly presented. The result? More attention from buyers and brokers, maximized value and minimized time on the market.

Buyers working with Tara appreciate her deep knowledge and her ability to “quarterback” the process. She is a skilled negotiator and has an uncanny gift for helping people discover what they want – sometimes before they can articulate it.

When does inspiration strike?
On the trail – hiking, biking or skinning under the Colorado sky.

Secret past?
Ballerina.

One of Cory’s earliest memories took place on a ski vacation when she was 10 – at that moment she decided she would call Colorado home and thus began a resolute path that led her to Aspen, CO in 2005. This same drive and determination can be found throughout her personal and professional life. When Cory sets her mind to a task, you can be certain that it will come to fruition. A passionate professional with razor sharp instincts and unwavering focus, Cory brings optimism and a problem-solving mentality to every interaction.

Cory prides herself on her communication skills and the ability to foster lasting relationships which were first honed by her midwestern, small business owner father at a young age and improved upon through her degree from University of Cincinnati. Cory launched her real estate career in Aspen with Timbers Resorts, representing luxury resorts from Tuscany to Cabo. Her international background gave her the deep understanding that buyers and sellers universally want to find connection – to a property, to a community, to a goal. And, Cory is with them as an advocate, a trusted source and a confidant during every step their process. 

While her career has afforded the opportunity to visit extraordinary destinations, Cory’s heart is firmly planted in the Roaring Fork Valley with her husband and 2 sons.
